Here's a quick overview of shops policies:

Shipping:

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping times may vary, especially for international orders. The shop is unable to guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by the post once an order is shipped.                            
Worldwide shipping from Reykjavík Iceland. 

Returns and Exchanges:

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placed orders, after that we do not offer refunds.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss returns or exchanges.
The jewellery must be in new, unused & in the original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Repairs:

Repairs due to faulty construction on behalf of the artist are free of charge. This is determined on a case by case basis in which you should reach out within 3 days of receiving. Contact me with photos of your piece so I can see the damage and I’ll respond as soon as I can.
